Mark J Miller, CIC CPIA Agency Principal – Mark began his insurance career over twenty five years ago as an independent insurance agent. He co-founded Sunrise Park Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1991. As the president he manages the agency’s day to day operations by overseeing all aspects of the organization, the employees and agents. He is also an active member on the board of directors of the Minnesota Professional Insurance Agents (P.I.A.) Association where his knowledge of insurance and agency management serves the association’s education committee. Mark also oversees his family’s Stillwater, MN area horse boarding farm. As a White Bear Lake resident for forty seven years he enjoys being on the lake sailing and power boating. He also enjoys following his favorite professional sports teams, the Twins and the Vikings.

William J. Cheney, LUTCF agent – William began his insurance career in 1983. He holds licenses in life, health, medical, property and casualty insurance. William oversees the Life, Health, Medical and Long term care insurance for Sunrise Park Insurance Agency. He is Vietnam Veteran and served in the National Guard for over four years. William and his wife enjoy spending their weekends on their cruiser which is slipped on the Mississippi River.

Carmen Elken, CSR/Office manager – Carmen has worked in the insurance world for almost five years. Carmen has diverse experience in the management role in the past twenty years. She has worked in retail management, restaurant management and working with special needs children.

Ann K. Leegard, CIC – Ann began her insurance career in September, 1991. She has been employed by insurance companies, brokers and now as an independent agent. She is licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance. Ann’s concentration is with both personal and commercial Property/Casualty insurance. Her interests are golf, kayaking, biking and snowmobiling. Her cabin in Northern Minnesota is her and her husband’s winter get away.

David J. Masanz, CPIA agent – David has been an independent agent for Sunrise Park Insurance since 1997. He holds Minnesota and Wisconsin licenses in both property and casualty and life and health insurance. David specializes in commercial insurance for the small to mid-size businesses, offering both value and service.
